About me

 

I began my real estate career in 1999 renovating properties in the valley with my family. I feel this has honed my skills as a real estate investor and negotiator over the years.

Searching the valley for the right projects has given me the education to guide clients successfully toward their real estate goals.

I have a great love for many different areas in our valley, from luxury homes to historic districts, urban lofts, new builds, and coveted pocket neighborhoods, I have had the pleasure of discovering the beauty in all segments of our real estate market.

  We are just waiting on funding and recordation, should be this morning sometime as I received confirmation late yesterday that your seller signed off on everything.  I am looking forward to our next transaction together.  It was a pleasure working with you!  Keep me posted if you have anything in Tolleson or Avondale area under $90k, single story and 4+bedrooms or in Gilbert/Queen Creek under $120,000, single story 3+bedrooms on large lot with pool preferred.  I have buyers for that area/criteria.  Thank you!
